Brent S. Godin- (a.k.a go-d, Vladimir Malokavics, Bugsy Malone)

Born in the the suburban city of Millville MA., Brent Scott Godin has spent pretty much his entire life in millville (in his house, hiding under a chair.....just kidding). Brent grew up listening to the his father loved, music of such classic bands as Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Iron Maiden, and AC/DC. Brent would also be greatly influenced by more modern bands like alice in chains, metallica, guns n' roses, tool, and other "big guitar" bands, along with his more eclectic taste of jazz, blues, british folk, progressive, alternative, and onward. Brent first got involved with music when he was in the 4th grade when he join the school band to play the "saxamophone". This only lasted until sixth grade when he quit that nonchalant instrument (even though the sax isn't nonchalant)...(I think)..(well it could be nonchalant)(I miss my good ol' sax)..? Anywho, after Brent's father's death, he wouldn't really get into music until 8th grade when he became motivated by music and he started to play the bass guitar for a band, Eunoia, which only lasted 2 months, or so (well of actual playing sorta atleast, suchforth..?). He continued to play bass, and took up guitar soon enough as well. Over the years of playing he eventual took guitar as his main instrument of choice. Soon afterwards, his friend Mike took up the bass guitar, and he started to teach him how to play. They began jamming together, when other guitarist and friend Nick joined up too, having 2-3 years of experience under his neatly fastened belt. All that was need now was a drummer. at one practice, The Trio known as A Taste of Chains had a friend Daniel Newman sit in on a practice. The Man of New was inspired by the practice to retake up the drums which he played in his earlier years. The Dan quickly got back some of his old drumming skills and the TOC you know today was born, with all the flagelum, and postnatal protoplasm that you would expect. RRAAAAAAAAAAAaaaHH...Rock, with a potential of Roll. Now the band is in the search for a singer. They have a particular young tealent in mind but so far nothing has been set in stone. Brent is now a Seasoned lead guitar player, (i.e. A goofy akward loser who has to trys to show off constantly when playing and ends up looking like a douche). He is learning the ways of writing music through trial by error. Brent still resides with in the confides of Millville, Ma, and has no friends...Hey what?..Oh well..
