The love affair with music started at an early age. I remember playing drums on chairs with wooden spoons and playing guitar with tennis rackets. My main influences stem from rock `n` roll and motown. Toto to the Temptations, the Beatles to Billy Joel and Led Zeppelin to Rod Stewart . The distinct playing style and influences have shaped the way I see and hear things. I have always walked the beaten path alone. From beyond the shadows I`ve come to find a home.

Growing up in the east end of Montreal is kind of like being in a time warp. It just seemed that we got really comfortable with the 60's and 70's and so, we decided to stay there. You see, when the rest of the world was listening to the New Kids on the Block or Roxette in the early 90's, we were all still driving around with led zeppelin 4 in our cars as though it was a new release. Then we'd rush home in time to watch reruns of Welcome Back Kotter. Well at least that's the way it was up to about the mid 90's, the new generation is pretty caught up with all the bubble gum reality tv shows and pop music. This is why I have a little bit of trouble relating to most other musicians my age. it boils down to my influences While I was learning how to play guitar I had Hendrix, Page and old sc hool Santana on the radio, most kids outside our neighborhood were past that and way into Bon Jovi's big hair. My influences are that of classic rock, Motown and old fashioned blues. This is what comes out when I'm writing music. Probably explains why I relate more to Pearl Jam and the Black Crowes than I do to the stuff being released by younger rock bands. After years of playing around with musicians from all over the place, I've ended up finding myself happy with two other guys that that grew up in the east end around the same time I did. This is Shake. Our shared back ground and influence is what makes us unique and solid. This is where I'm at home.

Drummer man. My passion for drums and music began at the early age of eight. Different musical influences merged into the style of drumming I play today. From early beginnings listening to Led Zeppelin and John Bonham as my main influence for taking up the drums. Diversifying in other musical genres later on such as alternative, grunge, rock jazz, just to name a few. Searching to find new and interesting influences in different types of music to create from. the fusion between myself Marco and Johnny of course ultimately made for a winning musical inspiration.
