Before you go on please read the following: If you aren’t a Greek speaker read the following tips in order to pronounce the lyrics written in “Greeklish” better: g= stands for greek “ã” and is pronounced like “y” in the English word “yell” gg =is pronounced like “g” th= stands for Greek “è” and is pronounced like in the English word “thing” d= stands for Greek “ä” which is pronounced like “th” in the English word “that” apostrophe between the letters in a word doesn’t make any difference. It just indicates two words combined and pronounced as one like English “don’t” ps= stands for Greek “ø” and both letters are pronounced together as written (Not like in the word “psychology” in English) h= stands for Greek “÷” and is pronounced more heavily than in English x= stands for Greek “î” and is pronounced the same no matter if it’s in the beginning or in the middle of a word (unlike English again) ou = is pronounced like “u” in the English word “ultra” sh= it seems like English, but this sound doesn’t exist in Greek. The two letters are “ó” and “÷” in Greek and so they are pronounced as two (Not one letter). I hope I’ve helped enough. Have fun singing together with Sakis!
