AT THE ROXY THEATER

A EVENING OF MUSIC WITH MISHKA
As the excitement built up for Mishka's performance on Friday night April 3rd at the Roxy, I could hardly
wait to arrive as I pictured in my mind Mishka performing songs from his album that I truly love, "Above The Bones".
And to my surprise, after just arriving at the Roxy
I was introduced to Mishka as he unpacked his instruments. We said our hellos and I went into the
the theater to get a good spot to take photos. A few more people were already in the theater and we listened to
Mishka's sound check. It was after eight o'clock and Mishka's performance would began at 9pm.
The curtain opened and Miskha standing front and center went into "Higher Higher". What a great opening vibration. Right then
I Knew I would get the vibes I had experienced while listening to Miskha's cd, "Above The Bones".
The large crowd that had gathered at The Roxy moved closer to the stage enjoying songs that include "Some Paths", "3rd Eye" and "Love And Devotion".
"Train Again" was one of my favorites of the night,
everyone was moving, feeling the vibe. Mishka
performed his hit song, "Above The Bones". It was the last song of the night. What a great performance. The whole set was just exceptional. I look forward to seeing Mishka again soon.
But Wait!
To my surprise, Mishka made a guest appearance with the
band, "JOHN BROWN'S BODY" who performed later in the evening. It was so nice to see him perform once more...making such a special evening.

Mishka will be performing at the MaliBLUE Arts And Music Festival April 26 at 2pm.
The festival is located at the 23000 block of Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu, CA
