Dancehall/Reggae artist Walkerton has been making his mark on the music world. He goes by several alias some of which includes: Walkerton, Walker.T, The poor people’s Spokes man, Walkerton the Reggae Don and of course The Reggae Super Star. Whichever you want to call him make sure you call him bless because that exactly what he would have you know.

The Singer/Deejay said that he is blessed to be given the opportunity to speak for many who do not have a voice. He takes pride in his roots and believes strongly in equality of all mankind. Originally from Kingston Jamaica he moved to Brooklyn NY to further his education and music career. He moved to California in 2001 when he was relocated because of military duties while serving in the U.S Marines. He continued to go to school while in the Marines as well as recording his music every chance he gets.

In 2004 Walker.T collaborated with numerous U.S Rappers and R&B Singers and released several tracks on Crenshaw Ent. Mix tape “Basic Ghetto Changes”. Teaming up with young Latin producer John Paul, He released several tracks on the J. P. Productions album “The Beginning” in 2005. In the summer of 2005 Walkerton provided vocals on two songs “The Boy You Knew” and “Nothing at all” for the Rap group Strykers Club album “Unleashed”. This particular album saw heavy rotation both in the U.S and Overseas.

In January 2006 Walker.T released his Maxi Single “Dance” on the Tempo Production label. Even though the CD only had 3 songs, “Bun Babylon”, “Dance”, and Shake Dat Thing”,it was well received throughout the U.S and Europe. The Single Bun Babylon and Dance were especially well recognized and received numerous radio plays. Leaving the Marines in 2006 after 8 years of service and a tour in Iraq and upon his graduation from Columbia College, the DJ has made it his mission to focus entirely on his music career with the aim to make a difference both in the Reggae music industry and in society. He believes that the more light that is shined on the struggles of the ghettos, the more people will know and more will work toward making it a better place.
