Head Nurse

Responsibilities:

To maintain contact with WHO authorities as to the progress of the eradication program.
To monitor and advise the staff nurse and her workers as they care for those villagers afflicted with poliomyelitis.
To monitor and advise the staff nurse and her workers as they initiate and maintain the vaccination program.
To monitor and advise the staff nurse and the social worker team as they work to build trust with the villagers.
To monitor and advise the safety engineer who will anticipate and eliminate any situations which may cause harm or injury.
To monitor and advise the interpreters as they help the villagers and health care team members communicate with each other.
