August 2003- January 1,2004
Everything started in September 2003, Tom was becoming increasingly good friends with Mike. So he came over to our house. He noticed I had a drum set, so he asked if I wanted to be in one of his four bands he was in at the time. I was supposed to be in Killer Klowns. But, instead he created a different band, Demon Shrine. That was the start of a chaotic chain of events.
Our band was basically an idea at the time. Consisting of Me (Sam), Mike, and Tom. I was the drummer, Mike was bass, and Tom was Guitarist. We had one practice and we didn't make any songs.
The next thing that happened was about the middle of our first band and second. We only had one practice under our belts. So Mike decided to change our name from Demon Shrine to BoneHead. At that time Jeff B. join as 2nd bassist.
Our 1st practice as BoneHead was our best yet. In two days we made two songs Eternity of Agony and Plague. By the way Mike was the lead singer. Everything was going alright then Mike decided to upscale the band. I was bumped to 2nd percussionist and Tom to 2nd Guitarist. Tom was to be replaced by Sonya L. and JT would replace me. But, neither of them showed up for practice. Once again I regained my position. But, Tom wasn't out of the dark yet. It was planned to have Chris H. be lead Guitarist, but tragedy struck when he was caught with weed. So Tom once again became lead Guitarist.
But, it was not over yet, in late October Mike decided to call BoneHead quits. Jeff became angry with Mike but no conflict resulted. We were broken apart. Mike and Tom joined Josh C. and formed Tony Flo and the Majestic Masters of Mayhem. And Me (drums), Tony V. (vocals), Bobby P. (guitar) and Christina Z (bass) formed a band we were Mental Shock. We were going for a Punk Metal mix but we only had one practice and that was cause when I was at the Lucentes house during Halloween. We disbanded the same night we started.
Mike and Tom's band went better though they were going strong then they asked me to be their manager then soon after the Lead Singer. The first practice I was in with them was great we had more songs than we ever had. But several weeks later Josh was getting lazy so we decided to kick him out. And we were going to use Sonya L. as our drummer.
Like she always is she never showed up for practice. But it gave us time to think of a new name because Josh stole our name from the Chili Peppers. When we decided on a name Nothism or do nothing as a lifestyle. The next week Sonya wasnt at practice again so she was out. But we got desparate and asked Josh to be in our band again. But, we came to our senses and decided not to cause he would act all high and mighty.
We were in a slump and that was when we decided to give Vince P. a tryout for our band. That day he was nervous but he finally came to and was awesome. He made new and better parts for our songs and we made 3 new songs. We now had 8 songs and I will show them and who wrote them below: Eternity of Agony (Mike), Bloody Halloween (Sam), Graveyard Shift (Sam), Trippin Out (Sam), Monday Sucks (Mike), High as a Kite (Mike), Slasher (Sam) and, Recycled Soul (renamed Death Jazz) (Sam). We write the songs on our own then show them to the band at practice. Now we are set the only things we need to avoid is the media.
Added January 2-9,2004
We kicked out Vince and acquired Rotary Burns as lead guitar and have no drummer.
Added February 2004
Rotary Burns Quit and we acquired Dusty Beats as a drummer. We also changed our name to Blood Lust, because of our overwhelming urge to kill and fuck dead bodies.
