Lost Memories country band has been together for the last seven years.  They have performed concerts locally and have been playing at dances on the 'animal circuit',Elks and Moose Lodges,American Legions and VFW's in the Maryland and Virginia area.

          They are currently booked at the Bagel Bin in Savage Mill the first Saturday each month. 

          The band performs mostly classic country music, Hank Williams Sr., Ernest Tubb, Johnny Cash, and George Jones, among others.  They also do rock and roll from the fifties and sixties, The Coasters, Chuck Berry, Bill Haley and Elvis.  Some of the newer country stars they are influenced by are, Brooks & Dunn, George Strait, Garth Brooks and Alan Jackson.  They cover dances from rock to line dances, waltzes and occasionally a cha cha.  There are also sufficient belt buckle polishing songs (Slow songs) like Make the World Go Away and Stand By Me.

A combination of Classic and Current Country music is balanced out with some light Rock & Roll and a good portion of Elvis.

          The Lost Memories band tries to please the crowd with a mixture of styles and rhythm.  They like to be heard but don’t try to overpower the room.  They have a good mix of electric and acoustic instruments.  They enjoy seeing people out on the dance floor having a good time.  Don’t be afraid to approach the band with requests.  If they don’t know it they’ll learn it for the next show.  Hope you enjoy their music and look forward to entertaining you in the near future.
