What is devotion: The dictionary says devotion is: to give all of something, especially your time, effort or love, or yourself, to something you believe in or to a person.

So say you believe in someone so much that you give total disregard to time, sleep, what anyone else has to say about that person, then it could be said that you where truely devoted to that person.
