John Stevens Performances
Hi all! I am Jimmy and I run this site. This is the first(as far as I know) John Stevens website set up at the end of Febuary in 2004. If he does become the American Idol(which I don't doubt) I'd like to be the proud creator of his first website. Any way, John Stevens really struck me as a great singer in the first round, when he sang The Way you Look Tonight, by Sinatra. He was really great, and I thought that this style of his could really be a great influence on the public. So I had hope for him at that point. He got to the first round of the auditions, and when he sang his song about San Fransico I loved it. But I saw that he needed to sing his style to sucede in his eyes when he forgot the words to his next two songs, and I feared he'd get cut. But at that point I was fairly sure he would make it through because he was a favorite of Simon, and his capabilities were really insane. This guy is only sixteen and he could already join the ranks of Tony Bennett, Dean Martin and Sinatra!
