JIMMY HATS NO MORE While Jimmy Hats was a groundbreaking success, its time to move on. What we did was unprecidented, we changed the scene as it was. We were part of the Big Four bands. Last summer, there were four bands that played rock shows. Those bands were: Minogueani, Jimmy Hats, Machete Protocol, and Factory Cat. Combined, these bands played historic shows. Minogueani mixed an undescribable blend of acoustic punk and heartfelt emo rock. Jimmy Hats created a sort of music that could only be described as tragically driven and hate drivin punk rock. Machete Protocol was pure metal. Factory Cat evened it all out with an upbeat ska-punk blend. Together, these band played shows like no other. The best show to date featured all these bands. At Steff Taylors house, they rocked. On Wensday, June 11th, 2003, school got out for summer. At 630 people came to Steffs house. Head counts vary, but sources say 125+ people came to watch. It was indescribably historic. We can look back now, Jimmy Hats and Factory Cat over, Minogueani in question, and MP still rockin', and say one thing. 2 members of Jimmy Hats reunite. 2 more rockers join. A blend of talent unseen. By the end of August, music will be wrote. Soon...they will rise.
