So I FINALLY went out and got the newest Wallflowers cd today. Now that I know what they're called, I really like 2. How Good It Can Get 4. Everybody out of the Water 6. Too Late to Quit 10. Feels Like Summer Again 12. Here in Pleasantville. I heard some of these if not all at the show (didn't know all names then) and loved them right off the bat. its hard to find songs like that too. well anyway it has some really good tracks and is a cool cd so I'd go and get it if I were you.

Oh yeah and also there is this really good quote I found from Jakob Dylan I think on the Wallflowers site. I am a runner ~ track and cross country the whole year through ~ and so i love those good inspirational quotes. last night I found this one and put it on my profile ~

"There is that saying that 'it's not a race, it's a marathon.' I'm not even into that. I don't see anybody in front of me or anybody behind me, and there is no finish line. You just keep going." - Jakob Dylan

I got, I got everything I need!! <-- wallflowers song that's playing right now. ok so it just ended. (i cant stop listening to the cd. it really is really good). so anyway. I have been waiting for my Wallflowers pics to show up in my e-mailbox. if they don't come i'm gonna be crushed. who wouldn't be dying to get their pic of themselves with Jakob's arm around them? sorry, starting to sound like a loser. its late tho and i'm tired. and anticipating some cool ass pictures. I was kinda surprised when Dean Del Ray actually answered my e-mail. I wrote back again and we'll see if I get another response. would be cool.

I got a frame for my Stone Pony Presents The Wallflowers poster with the 6 autographs. also in the frame I put my ticket stubb and the guitar string that snapped off of Jakob's guitar during the show that Greg gave me. If i had any kind of cool equipment i'd scan a pic of it.

Well I just put on that new page for guitar chord generation. its kinda cool. i'll be getting some more soon. even though I am having trouble getting traffic to this site. (You wont beleive how good it can get, we'll make a lover out of you yet <-- song on now).

Went to a Pearl Jam show last night and it was awesome. They played for almost 3 hours, did 30 songs. They went in the first time and I expected them to do like a 4 song encore but it turned out to be about 6 songs or more... so they leave again and everybody keeps chanting "Jeremy" so they came out again for a second encore... it was great. I was so excited when vedder broke out the accoustic lol... I don't remember the 30 song setlist about now as i did only get 4 hours of sleep last night and then had a track meet today, so i'm a little tired, but i'll try to put the list up later.

that reminds me though, i was listening to my wallflowers cd at my track meet earlier today and decided that "see you when i get there" is an awesome song, the girl w/ the backup vocals is cool. (in case you wondered i broke my old record for the mile today, got a 5:57). I have been taking red letter days with me everywhere...

Also, I finally got some people to come to this site and they're probably getting on right now so i'm gonna stop typing and post this.

haven't been on in a while. nothing extremely exciting has happened though besides the fact that i am finally getting into playing notes on my guitar and not so much totally chords like i was before. the songs sound cool and i am going to record them onto a cd soon.

track ended yesterday, and so i have been running after school by myself now instead of w/ the team. since theres no one else there w/ me i think i'm going to start bringing my cd player with me & running to the wf's. which makes the list of places i take that cd even longer.

i have been keeping an eye out for more "local" wf's shows, and i just got an email back from dean delray about how their closest show to where i am is in chicago, still a good distance. hopefully i catch them again before they stop touring.

well, not much else to say.

k this time i REALLY havn' been on in a while. so i guess theres a lot to say... i'll try to remember that i can... a while ago tiff stayed over and i had this really long discussion (kind of argument) anout the Wallflowers... she is convinced that they are "weird" in a way... like the lyrics "shooting ducks in a barrel of honey" and all that... i dont know for sure but i just took it as the way they express what theyr thinking, and i think theyre cool like that, like they're never like "i'm depressed, i'm going to kill myself" lol like all them losers out there.<>br>
ok so anyway i almost had to hang out wiht this extremely annoying girl tonight. ok thats off topic...

i haven't gotten an email from dean delray in a while... i'm like not to be annoying, but i'm going to keep emailing you so i dont lose touch. bu he must be like, i'm juts not emailing back right now... whatever. hes cool though because hes doing exactly what i want to do.

speaking of which, i recorded four songs that i wrote onto a cd (if you havent already figured it out i play guitar and sing and write and all that) and i gave the cd to this guy who works in the music business. he used to write for this m,usic related magazine also, grading the cd's of new artists and such. well the guy says he'd give me a B or B+! might not sound that good to you but then i have only been playing for a little over a year so i was pretty happy about it. also they said i was good for 15 yrs old...

plus this other guy who knows about music was like "shes freaking good for a girl her age" and even tiff's brother liked it (wow) so i am pretty thrilled.

i am still listening to my wf's cd every morning. its such a great cd tho. i dont know if i ever went this long b4 w.out getting sick of the cd, since i listen to the thing about 2-3 times a day. its crazy. they are definately up there with Creed (my fave for about 4 yrs).

well i have to go make this other page that me and tiff are gonna do something with. even though she doesnt know yet. will write more later...
