Dawson's "Dance Troop" is an organized dance group that practices and performs at school basketball games, does many performances at activities organized by the college, and has taken part in an international competition for many years. The dance group was started ? years ago and has been successfully growing ever since. The group is a hip-hop based group that makes their own choreographies, chooses their own songs, and works together in every practice to make the group better every time they perform. I started dancing with the troop when I began to attend Dawson college in 2001 and I am now currently vice president for 2002-2003.
