I just wanted to update this site quickly. I am very sad to say that Five MPH is no longer a band. Now before rumors start, I want to let everybody know that all five of us remain friends through it all. Mallory and Abbi have both decided to move on. Mostly because we have different visions for the band, and different expectations. Lauren, Heather, and me (Steph) are all going to continue as a band. We are most lkely changing our name. We are also in desperate need of a drummer. So if you yourself are a drummer or if you know of ANYONE who you think would fit in well with us, please e-mail us at five_mph@hotmail.com. I would just like to thank everybody for their awesome support and prayers. I still feel like God is working despite the struggles and discouragement. Continue to keep us in your prayers. If you have any questions don't hesitate to e-mail us. I would also like to let everyone know that we do have CD's for sale. The old 5MPH full lenght Cd is now available. I feel like God can still use it in a mighty way. We are all very proud of what we have created, and we give God all the glory for what He has done with our band. Hopefully our new band can get started and we can see you all again in no time. Thanks again,
Stephanie Lamb 5MPH

Thank you for everybody's prayer and support, we really appreciate it. Right now Five MPH is going to be taking a break probably until next year. Don't worry though, we aren't breaking up. We feel like God is leading us in a new direction, musically and as a band. We are going to be taking time off to work on our musicianship and also on our relationships with one another. This whole process will only be making us stronger, so stick around and I know you will like what you see in the future. We may be going through a name change as well, but I will make sure to keep you posted on all of that. If you have any questions or comments please e-mail us. Our CD is still being made. We will be continuing to sell them and our t-shirts. The shirts are $10 and the CD is going to be $1 We are proud of "Andrew Avenue" and we hope you all like it. Don't forget to download songs at purvolume.com/5mph We want our music to encourage you, and I pray it still does. Keep us in your prayers as we transition into a new season as a band.

Right now we are sending out our CD to get duplicated, that is really exciting for us. We might be going through some changes within the next couple months though. Please be in prayer with us while we seek God's wisdom. We won't really be playing any shows until this all gets figured out. (Except a show at our church in August. I will try to keep the site updated. You can also visit us on Purevolume.com/5mph and hear our mastered versions of 3 songs.
