I've finished the first disc for the Hapax Legomenon album. Blacklight is a killer song, perhaps one of the top 5 songs I've ever done, so it made a satisfying end to that half of the project. I've also kicked off disc 2 by completing e/x , a song with many, many references to one of the greatest numbers in existence. (And yes, it fits the album concept.)
The track listing is working titles only after song 11:
DISC 1
1. Tutorial (5:20)
2. AEIOU and Sometimes Awry (6:17)
3. Snide Ohm; The Lack of Resistance (5:44)
4. Aufbau (4:52)
5. Idless (3:46)
6. Oyster (4:31)
7. Sanctuary 1 (2:31)
8. Standard Deviation (6:55)
9. Am I the Problem? - (4:22)
10. Blacklight (5:38)
11. Hapax Legomenon (3:50)
DISC 2
12. e/x (2:43)
13. Relentless
14. Sanctuary 2
15. Part (pi)
16. Part 2(pi)
17. The Bunker
18. Am I the Problem? +
19. Deliverance
20. Consonance
21. Sanctuary 3
Album 5, As Receiving Today Yesterday, is still very much available. It contains "Laissez Faire (A)," which got the award below, as well as the 23-minute "Enlightened Times," which would blow you away if you heard it (like on my Garageband site for example).
It also got Best Guitars and Best Potential Soundtrack in Dance in the September 18 week of 2006. Not bad for something that only has a 2.1 out of 5! You never know, eh?
