DOES "MIGHT" REALLY MAKE "RIGHT"??

From time to time, we must ponder the almost sacred question of whether our machinery of government, whether federal, state, county, or municipal are in fact "fair and balanced". The Founders of our democracy went to great lengths to assure that individual rights would and could not be trampled under the boots of bureaucratic bodies in the name of regulation or "the public good". Thomas Jefferson warned against the danger of the rights of "small people" being smothered by the machinery and tyranny of big government.
