Contract...
This contract is to be printed, signed and dated by all band members (including managers and what-not). When your band is finished please send this completed contract, the application, plus a demo and a picture of your band to me. I will contact you when everything is received.
Please read and understand the following:
WE, AS A BAND, UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE TO PAY OUR BOOKING AGENT (JAMIE) AKA JUPITER A $20.00 FLAT RATE FOR EVERY PLACE SHE BOOKS OUR BAND, PLUS 10% OF ALL MONEY THAT WE MAKE THROUGH OUR COVER COST.
*Note: No Refunds. If I book you, you pay, meaning that if your band cancels a show, you still pay for my time and effort of getting you there.(Unless it's a really good reason)
Just make sure you show up because it will hurt both of our reputations if you don't! Also, if at any time it's not working out, you may drop me OR I may drop your band.
