Acoustic Guitar Foundation

The Foundation is to enable me to have the abilitly to visit the Elderly......
~ I have played my guitar on and off for years, sometimes I play for myself,my Mom,for friends but when my mom died I was so devistated and couldn't figure out why such a wonderful person had to die, as much as that hurt I did'nt want to question my faith so instead of being angry with God I Prayed that he would give me a purpose, a reason for me to go on with my life and serve Him.
My Mom was the center piece of my family. In the hospital that She died at had a nursing home (Gladys Noon Spellman Nursing Home). I walked around to the nursing home and spoke with the activity's director of that hospital in NOV "99". I told her that I was looking for a place to play my guitar and I was dressed like a bum but she let me anyway,at that time it was all volunteer. I did'nt care about that I just wanted to turn my grief into something positive. I visited once a week. From playing there built my confidence, and I began playing in several different nursing homes which I found in the yellow pages and thats where it all began!~

Basically to uplift those in Adult Facility's/Nursing Homes....
~ The reason I decided to start the foundation, is to raise money to take care of the expenses so I and the other Musicians with the same Spirital heart could focus on the people and the music that focus' on God!~
