PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE STARTING

AFTER you have Left CLICKED on the example on my backgrounds page
(the small pic with the NUMBER on it)

The background file will load up, simply put your mouse 

anywhere on the background and RIGHT CLICK then choose

SAVE BACKGROUND As, (this will save the file to your hard drive)

Remember WHERE you saved it (what folder) - and choose "SAVE"


Now we need to put the background on your BP web space


Sign on to BP (if you are not already) and choose EDIT (down there by 

your name) You will see a link or choice on the left hand side that 
says PICTURES... click on that, type in your password, 

then scroll down to where it says BROWSE, click on that.

You will now need to go to the folder that the background file 

is located (where you downloaded and saved it) then choose or click on 

that background file and hit OKAY. Hit APPLY, make sure you see the 

background file name in your lists of pictures

The code that will link from your space to your page is:

*make sure you put the actual name of the background in between the

parenthesis in the code above, the example of the background is

bgwebmistris13.jpg, number 13 is Aaliayah's. You have to change the 

number in the code for the background that you want to use, after the 

file is uploaded to your BP web space, it will work.

Now ya gotta link the background from your web space to your page:

CLICK on PERSONAL MESSAGES, you will see a box (where you put the 
words) 

Highlight the html background code above, then RIGHT click and choose COPY. 

At your "personal messages" place your mouse at the upper left hand corner of that box

and RIGHT CLICK and choose PASTE, change the number of the background 

file to the example number that you wanted. Remember number 13 is 
Aaliyah, Type in your password, and choose SUBMIT or APPLY.

Go to your page and RIGHT CLICK and choose REFRESH, you should see the

new background on your page, linking from your own web space

Please do not send me a note or page me on futher explanations or 

problems - It's always best to save your page to note or wordpad BEFORE 

working on it, incase you make a mistake you will have a back up copy 

and be able to restore it back to where it was before you experimented.

"BACKGROUNDS". Please remember to put your *member name* on the money 

order or separate piece of paper also letting me know what BACKGROUND

NUMBER) I must receive the money order or cash, before working on your

page (typical turn around time is 24 hours after receiving your 

donation)
