MEISA is one of the many interesting clubs and interest groups offered at the College of Saint Rose. The Saint Rose group is only one of several chapters across the country.

The purpose of the MEISA organization is to help provide music industry students will an opportunity to be more involved in their learning processes and get more hands-on experience in the field by interacting with other professionals and educators of the music industry field.  

The club is completely run and maintained by student participation. The group is advised by Sister Mary Anne Nelson. If you have attended one of the many musical events on campus there is a good chance that it was put on by the Saint Rose MEISA organization.

The most well-known event that the club initiates would be the "Open Mic" night offered on the first and third Wednesday of every month.
