Vistors to Tresco will soon be able to enjoy improved facilities when they want to find out more about the island and the Abbey gardens. Mike Nelhams explains how European cash may be used to enhance the experience of a visit to Tresco.

In August 2001, Sergeant Ivan Trethewy of Devon and Cornwall Constabulary left Scilly to take up a job on the mainland after his 2 year posting to the islands ended. He spoke to Keri Jones on his last day in the job
