This was taken March 17, 2000 and was one of the BEST meetings Ive ever had with Patty...simply because she was in a coolest mood and I was the only one there to meet her! She walked out the Ryman and said "Ohhhh I KNEW you would be here honey!!" and threw her arms around me:). She was super nice, took her time, was not rushed about ANYTHING, and just made small talk with me.She signed the collage I had, which she looked over and pointed out which pictures she thought were good, and then her friend that was with her graciously agreed to take a photo of Me and Patty.
This was taken August 3, 2000 at Emerald Studios in Nashville. She had done a late night interview and we stopped by to see her. It was pretty cool to have them come out so late and still come over to greet us. She came out with Emory, and her manager Ken (at that time). Emory took her stuff from her, including her purse. I was very impressed when he put her purse on his shoulder-- I said it took a very secure man to carry a purse:) Patty had been on the road and didn't get in until early that morning- which she said she had taken a nap, cleaned her house, and then came to the interview- so we knew she was pretty tired, so we were very appreciative that she still came over to us and signed autographs and took photos.
