About this layout
This is a div layers layout. It features Chii from Chobits. I hope that is the way to spell it. I have the sudden urge to do pink layouts. Anyway, I think you can use this layout for anything you want. I found the image at Dark ChiiUsing this layout
Unzip all the files using Winzip. Open chobits4.html and edit. Edit chobits4.css if you want to change the css effects. I would not recommend it because everything matches already. Then, upload everything onto your server.Credits and Copyright

And remember, it's not nice to make the credit links the same color as the background! If you want, you can go ahead and remove the link at the bottom of the navigation and move it to the credits page, or splash, as long as the credits are visible, readable, and locational...Extras
