Here are some cool Pokémon Red and Blue Codes!
99 of the 6th item
First go to the man in Verdian City and say that you don't know how to catch a Pokémon. Then, fly over to Cinnabar Island and surf on the right side. Pretty soon you'll come across a Missingo. You can catch it, which will mess up your game, but it's a better idea to just run from it. After that you should have 99 or more of your 6th item!
Easy way to get past Cinnabar Gym
In Cinnabar Gym, instead of battling everybody, you can just walk up to the computer and answear a question. If you get the question right, it will open the door for you!
Get free coins for the Game Corner
Go into the Game Corner and walk around pressing A. You should come across some coins!
Get Safari Pokémon outside Safari
Go to the Safari and either walk out or let your time run out. Then go to Cinnabar Island and surf up and down the right side of it. You should find Safari Pokémon!!!
Get a Kangastan
Go and talk to the guy in Verdian City and tell him you don't know how to catch a Pokémon. After he shows you how, fly to Cinnabar Island. Surf up and down the right side. Catch Missingo. Warning:This may mess up your game! It didn't mess up mine, but I heard it could. After you catch it give it a rare candy. It should evolve into Kangastan! (It didn't work on mine, so I think you have to catch a "M", which looks the same.)
Invisible PC
Although this isn't really a code, it does work. Just go to the inn in Celedon City and go to the far right and go one step under where the PC would be if it was a Pokémon Center. Now press A and it'll get you into the PC!
Know if an item ball in the Power Plant is really an item or a Pokémon
Go up to an item ball and use your Itemfinder. If it beeps it's an item. If it doesn't it's a Pokémon!
An old man on the roof of a Pokémon Gym
Although this isn't really a code, it does work. First, go to Cinnabar Island and surf up and down the right side of the island. Then, make sure you don't have the gym key and go onto the land where you can't see the gym and walk up to the gym. There will be an old guy on the roof!
Stand on top of a tree
Although this isn't really a code, it does work. Go and cut down a tree then go onto of where it was. Then save it and turn your Gameboy off. Turn the Gameboy on and continue your game. you should start out on a tree!
