Engraving/copying, arranging, and orchestration services are charged based on the current American Federation of Musicians' music prep scales. Services are billed by the page at ten lines per page, 4 measures per line. Current copying rates run between $3.69 to $14.65 per page depending on complexity (single line or divisi; concert pitch or transposed) and venue (live performance, feature film, etc.). Orchestration rates vary widely depending on size and scope. Price estimates will always be given ahead of time. Transcription (takedown) services are billed by the hour at a rate of $30.00 per hour. Private lessons on bassoon, saxophone, arranging, and orchestration are available at a rate of $20.00 per half hour or $35.00 per hour. Please e-mail (see below) for more details.
