A relative new comer to the dj scene, NiggLen steps in with a relentless love for heart pounding drum and bass. NiggLen has been spinning live on the internet for the last year and a half, since the inception of his somewhat risque entertainment site, poosmoke.com. "Poosmoke is a full release of my creativeness, from the hot bitches and non stop weed smoking, to the live drum and bass broadcast. It let's me express myself to the world and so far it seems to be working"
NiggLen began dropping wax back in 98 in phoenix arizona. He used to spin hip hop and dnb for his friends and anyone wanting to hear live bong rips over the interenet. Since then he has been capturing an audience of true dnb heads that tune in religiously for his devastating drops. Also known for tearing up parties, niggy would throw underground poosmoke sessions and 420 shows highliting such talent as j rocc and melod-d from the beat junkies, j cut, lego, stretchbeats, dj kaos, dj akshen, agent tragic, dj ariel, dj nappE, tizzer, kount skratchula, joey baggs, dj maze, craigory hines, the foot klan and many more. Not only possessing skills to get on the wheels, niggLen enjoys promoting events and bringing a good vibe to all. "I love to party, I love the music, I love the people.. I just wish I could learn not to get wasted until after im done with my set"
NiggLen resides in San Francisco and is begining his infiltration of the notorious sf dnb scene with his newest creation - drone manipuLation. "dm is my newest endeavour. Poosmoke.com showed me that I could create a site that can bring in over 2 million hits a month.. so now im puttin all my energy and talent into dm with the hopes of the same success." The website will feature a live video/audio broadcast along with downloadable mixes and much more. dm is also a live act in development stemming from the dimented mind of niggLen and will incorporate: himself on the decks, gorgeous ladies dancing on the stage, terrorizing dnb shattering your ears, and of course, free shit (jerome baker bongs).
As if that doesnt keep niggLen busy enough, he is currently in the drone studio producing licks that will be mixed along side other current dnb tracks for the release of the "manipuLation" cd towards the end of 2001. His concrentration just not just lie on music though. Nigglen is an accomplished website designer and graphic artist and is starting a design firm in the near future. He likes to share his talent for design and enjoys helping promote true poosmoke/dnb heads and events with his creative skills.
