Jude's Cyber Space

Welcome to Jude's lil'corner of cyber space

Hello, I'm Jude, an architectural graduate from Indiana USA, but I now live in England. I moved after meeting my husband at a sporting event in Colorado. He was representing Britain in Powerlifting and I was swimming for DAAA (Dwarf American Athletic Association). I have Diastrophic Dysplasia Dwarfism and stand at 3' 7". I love to sing and have the privilege of singing in clubs here in England.

This is my husband, Jason. He is a British Powerlifter and travels the world in competitions. Currently he is training endlessly for the 2000 Paralympics in Australia. For any of you lifters out there… he weighs 148lb (67.5 kg's) and benches 375lb (170 kg's), not bad for a guy standing at 4' 9".

Wedding photos

23 August 1997 in Indiana.

Just want to say thank you to Dale for the wonderful wedding photos.

My wedding dress, which was my Mothers, she cut it down and left me with a beautiful long train.

Family & Close Friends

Here's my sis'o, Angie, and I. Angie is a Geography Graduate and also a diastrophic woman like me. She is loads of fun and can always bring a smile to my face. I really miss her!

Here's Dale (Mom's husband), Mom, and Angie having a great time in Boston at Cheers. They had the chance to go whale watching on that trip, wish I could have been there. My Mother is more then just my Mom, she is my friend. I can talk to her about anything… and believe me we do. I don't know where I would be without her support and love.

My Dad working hard at work welding. Dad can be a lot of fun and I miss hanging out with him.

My Grandma Jenn (my Mom's Mother) we've always been close and I miss her so much. She is a fun lady and loves to have a good laugh. I'll have a photo of Grandpa Russ up soon, he's a real jokester.

Dad, Debby (his wife), Nana and Papa (Debby's parents) all having fun in Florida. They all live down in Florida now and we can't wait to visit.

I have a picture of my Grandma Rab Rab (my Dad's Mother) in the Graduation section. She's a caring and supportive lady and I miss her sweet smile, but I'll see it soon when I go home for a visit.

My best friend Liz with her husband, Adam, and son, Joey... I'm a god-Mother!!!

Liz is the greatest person I have ever known. She is more then just my best friend she is a soul-mate. I met her at University, her dorm room was just down the hall from mine. We decided to get an apartment together and things have never been the same. We've been through the good and bad together and I will always be blessed by her friendship. I watched her graduate with a degree in Pre. Med. then go off to Medical School. Liz has now graduated and I can officially call her Doc., although she doesn't really like that. ;-) wink wink. She has been blessed with wonderful parents and I will always be grateful for the love they have shown me.

Quinteena is a great friend. We grew up together and she became my closest friend. We spent much of our younger years at each other's homes and then went our separate ways once it was time to go off to University. She is now married to Sean, a really great guy and has a beautiful little girl…. and one on the way. We are such close friends and I will always have a special place in my heart for Quiny. Oh and she's the only one who seems to understand my husbands English accent back home in Indiana. :-) big smile!

Family Pyramid... … just having a bit of fun when I was young with my family. My family has been a source of strength and love. They are the 'funnest' people I know and it great to be apart this family.

Me & my cousin Nathan, when we were much younger, enjoying my favorite….fudge bars

Graduations

My close friend, Rebecca from England, she came to Indiana to watch me graduated from architecture school. She is a fun and supportive friend who is a great laugh. I can always count on an honest answer from Rebecca.

Grandma Rab Rab and I at my architecture graduation….hey is that my sister sneaking in the photo? "You cheeky girl, Angie!!!"

Liz's graduation day from Medical School. I am so very proud of her!

Angie, Mom, and me on Angie's graduation day. "Angie, where are your shoes, you crazy thing you?"

Cool Stuff

I'll use this section to inform what'z hap'nen with my singing gigs or demo cd stuff and tell you about some of the famous people we've met. So watch this space...

Mr. P J Hogan, director of 'My Best Friends Wedding', staring Julia Roberts

This photo was taken at my Live audition for the new movie 'Unconditional Love'. I made it through to the third audition. It got down to 2 short women, me and one other woman for a staring role in the new movie. Unfortunately for me, she was chosen after a long three-week wait. They said it was a hard decision and that they had auditioned women from all over the USA and UK for the part. I was very honored to make to the final two chosen.

This is me chatting with Will Carling, the x-England Rugby Captain. There were cameras following him around and I was told that, that chat between us was aired on the show 'Esther' here in England.

I'll let you in on the backstage stuff with Brian Adams, Def Lepard, and hanging out with Wayne Hemingway (a famous designer in England) when I get the stuff scanned in. Well, I hope you've enjoyed your time visiting my lil'corner of cyber space.

Take Care & God bless
