Wonder what this number is? It was the National Debt of our country as of January 12th 2007! Can you believe it? Our Government was $8,674,334,546,966.89 in debt with the World Bank. $8,674,334,546,966.89, burn that number in your head! You think that you own your car, your house, your property? Think again! How can our Government have enough collateral if all of our gold reserves are used? They don't have it in gold. So, they have put up everything that we think we own and use it for collateral. The things that we slave for, day in and day out, decades of our lives spent getting ATV's, boats, vehicles, land, and homes. Ever wonder why it is that if we don't pay taxes we get our lives stripped from us? It is because they need that money to pay off the National Debt! In conclusion, what is it that your life is centered around? Is it desire for more money(that you will get things that you can't even really own), or is it centered around the Lord's will?
Remember Jesus' words, "Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." in Matt. 6:19-21.
