Plans were drawn so the outer corner referance marks represent a 7" by 10" portion of the entire plan.
Right-click on each image and select "print target" for a quick printout.
Alternatively, right-click on each section and save each picture to a chosen directory.
Open the pictures within your imaging software and scale as needed to produce a 7" by 10" printed image.
Trim them even on all four sides to the outer edges of the corner marks and assemble together to produce
a full scale plan of the banjo.

Local hardware store:
(12) #10 X 24 X 1-1/4" square drive stainless steel bolts
Used for attaching the head to the rim
(6) #10 X 24 X 1-1/2" square drive stainless steel bolts
Used for attaching the outer rim band to the rim (seperated by placing a #10 flat washer between them)
(42) #10 stainless steel flat washers
Used under all bolt heads and nuts, and as spacers between the outer rim band and the rim
(18) #10 stainless steel nylon insert hex jam nuts (with the nice arched top for looks...)
Used for all square drive bolts
(12) #10 X 24 tee nuts
Used to tension head...inserted in rim ledge after trimming away both sides of the flanges on them
(12) #10 X 24 X 1" allen head set screws
Used to tension head when inserted into rim tee nuts
(1) #10 X 24 X 1/2" allen head set screw
Used to tighten the dowel stick bracket
3/16" X 1-1/2" roll pin
Used for dowel rod bracket cross-pin
1/4" X 1" X 48" aluminum
Used for fabrication of tone ring/tension hoop
Local machine shop and/or steel supply company:
3/8" X 1" or 1-1/2" brass 2" long
Used for fabrication of dowel rod bracket (if not purchased ready-made from Elderly)
1/4" X 1" X 48" 2024-T4 "aircraft" aluminum. (Do not substitute)
Used for fabrication of neck reinforcement bar
Stewart-MacDonald:
1 set 3 left/3 right individual tuners with white plastic buttons
