Thx for the inspiration and support.

WITHOUT WHOM:

30 years of "Classic FM" (Since Thanksgiving 1979) all started with a guy who loved to listen to the radio... My dad. Just going with him as a kid to get gas in the car with the radio on made me feel like we were indestructible. I miss the man more than you can ever imagine. Thx for everything, dad AND mom!

Enormous thx to the late Ed Sciaky... I miss him dearly. --An extreme influence. And my friend, the very much alive, Michael Tearson. Hosting "Classic FM," bookended by his "psychedelic psupper" and "The Attic" in this Progressive FM radio atmosphere, is an honor from week to week and magnifies my love for it all.

Thx to the many musicians and bands I am humbled to call my friends, especially my dear friend Annie Haslam... her spirituality and wonderful words of encouragement mean the world to me.

Thx to early radio station management (Commercial radio and non-comm) & fellow jocks who served as influences and future inspirations...

Steve McNee; Barbara Voight; Dave Scott; Todd Allen; and Charlie Loughery for guidance, tutilige, and for simply offering the experience. --Never mind the pay!

Thx and continued friendship always to Tom Gagliardi, host of my favorite radio show in the entire world, The Gagliarchives. His love for new Prog bands as well as the classics, and championing the genre with his show, has kept me a fan of progressive rock. He is solely responsible for that! Thx for involving me.

To our former fearless leader, the lovely Bonnie Hart, who has offered me the freedom to spread my wings. Every success of this show I owe to her.

Past Z889 friends:

Thx to Scott McCleary; John & Suzanne Banister; and Roger Beckwith... your presence and friendship gave me such confidence to grow this show even more by leaps and bounds in such a short time. And... long live the Strawbs!

I thank God for my family every day of my life. I lost my wife of 20 years in late May 2004 to Ovarian cancer. My strength to continue comes directly from my son, a United States Marine, and daughter, one hell of an athlete, (soccer and softball) and A-B student. Our love has filled a tremendous void in my wife's absence. Nevermind that she was the biggest supporter of my show... what a wonderful wife and mother she was. I miss her so much.

I'm here for the duration!!! Thx for everything!
