1) Open up an account at one of these providers
There many more providers you may use, but these are the only ones that I like. If you are wanting to learn how to do frames in the future do NOT make a site at "Homestead" or "Geocities".

3) You need to create files! If You want a "News" page (for example) create a page named "news.html" you must ALWAYS add ".html" after the page you've created because that means it will show all the codes you use. Angelfire and Chickpages are pretty self-explanitory. Whenever you add codes or writing to your page ALWAYS "Save"!!! Then go to your "index.html" page and press "Edit" than where it says "Create A List Of Links" you are gonna want to put your News section there. So here's how we do that
Write "News" where it says "Links Name"
Write your sites address where is says "Link URL" then at the end of your address and then add "/news.html" for example
http://www.angelfire.com/your/address/news.html
Save that!
Then go to you "Index.html" page and "View It" and you should see "News" on your Main Page (Index.html) and if you click on that it will take you to your News page. You must do that with each page (section) like News, Biography, Links, Pictures, etc.
