Meanwhile, everyone else had sat back down at the table and began to talk about Amy and Brian, wondering where they had disappeared off to.
“Maybe they finally realized they like each other and got together” Cate said.
“Or maybe Amy couldn’t take it anymore and threw Brian overboard” Nick said as everyone gave him strange looks “What? It could happen”
“That’s a nice theory, Nick” AJ said sarcastically.
“Well, I’m tired. Good night everyone” Kristen said, getting up and heading for the exit.
“It’s been a long day so I’ll see you guys later” AJ said also getting up.
“Sure AJ, you just want to stalk Kristen” Nick said.
“It’s not stalking for your information, it’s simply following her” He said and left.
“So what do you guys want to do now?” Steph asked.
“How about we walk around to see where everything is” Joe said.
“Anything that’ll keep me busy” Nick said.
“I think it would be a good idea if you kept your mouth shut for now on, Nick” Cate said laughing.
“You just think you’re so funny, don’t you?”
“I don’t have to think it because I know it” She said with a smile of satisfaction.
“Good comeback, Cate” Steph said as they all began to get up and leave.
“Thank you. Thank you” Cate said, doing a pretend bow.

For the past five minutes, Amy and Brian sat on opposite sides of the elevator, not knowing what to do next. The other five were spent trying to call for help but no one would answer. All they could do was wait.
“I can’t believe I get to spend my time on this elevator with you” Amy said.
“I thought we decided to be friends” Brian said confused.
“I was just saying that so I didn’t have to hear your mouth run on about nothing”
“Fine. I tried to be nice but you just don’t seem to give a damn”
“Well, frankly I don’t give a damn considering it’s you”
“Please tell me whatever I did wrong to have to put up with your bitchy ways”
“Let me tell you, I’m just having a picnic spending my time with you”
“I’m glad you feel that way because I feel the same” He said, standing up.
“Well look at that, we have something to agree on” She said, standing up as well.
“Why do you have to be such a snobby, little-stuck-up-princess who I am sure gets everything she wants, huh?” He asked.
“Why do you have to be a bigheaded son-of-bitch who probably spends most of his time on blonde-headed bimbo-barbie wannabes?” She asked.
What they didn’t realize was that they were getting closer and closer to each other with every remark.
“Answer my question first” He said.
“Why should I?” She said.
“Fine don’t answer it. I won’t lose any sleep over it if you do”
“Fine then, I won’t either!” She said.
“Are you normally this bitchy?!?” Bri said.
“Only when you grace my presence!” Amy said.
“I wish you were dead!”
“To me, you’re already buried six feet under the ground!”
Suddenly, their lips met in a fiery, passionate kiss. Warning bells were going off in Amy’s head, yet at the same time, chills were being sent down her spine. Brian, on the other hand, hadn’t felt this way since…he couldn’t remember the last time he felt that way. Their tongues twirled together as they got lost in the emotions flowing through them all at once. The kiss seemed to go on forever when they both suddenly broke away.
“What the hell was that for?” Amy asked surprised.
“I don’t know, why don’t you tell me?” Brian said, just as surprised.
“Just forget it ever happened then!” She said.
“Fine I will!” He said.
Their lips met into another passionate kiss as their emotions once again took control. Brian pushed Amy against the elevator wall as they began to make out more fiercely.
“We can’t do this Brian” Amy said in between kisses.
“You’re absolutely right” Brian said as they continued to make out…not realizing the elevator had started moving again.

Kristen was waiting for the elevator when she heard someone coming up behind her. She looked to see who it was. AJ. *Why is he following me everywhere?* she thought.
“Hey Kris, waiting for the elevator I see”
“No AJ, I’m waiting for Prince Charming. What does it look like?” She said.
“No need to wait any longer for your prince is here”
“Save the sweet talk for someone who actually cares, okay?” She replied, a little too harshly, hurting AJ completely.
“Fine. Listen, I’m sorry I’m such a damn burden but I like you, a lot, and it’s just not your looks I’m after. I wanted to get to know you better and maybe one day you’ll actually want to date me. Until then, I guess I’ll just have to wait”
AJ’s sudden outburst made Kristen regret what she had said in the first place.
“AJ, I’m sorry. It’s just that I don’t have the best experience with guys. I need time before I jump into some serious relationship again. I kind of like you too and I would love to get to know you better, I just want to take things slow”
“I’ll go as slow as you want just as long as I end up with you in the end”
Just then the elevator reached their floor and the doors slowly opened, revealing no one inside. Or so they thought. They entered the elevator and noticed two people making out.
“Oh geez, get a room for God sakes” AJ said.
“Yeah, I know. What is it with people nowadays?” Kristen said then looked at the couple more closely “AJ, is it just me or is that…..no it can’t be”
“What are you talking about? You thought that was Amy and Brian?”
“Well, it was just a thought. You never know” Kristen said.
Brian heard this and stopped kissing Amy.
“What is it?” She asked quietly.
“Nothing. Just the fact Kristen and AJ are right over there” He said.
“You’re kidding right? We might as well tell them then” She said and he agreed.
They slowly turned around to face them but AJ and Kristen didn’t notice because they were in deep conversation.
“Hey Bone” Brian said nonchalantly.(*AN:I know, big word! Hehe*)
“Oh hey B-Rok” AJ said not even realizing what he just said. “Wait Brian, please tell me you weren’t making out with…..”
“Hey Kristen” Amy said.
“Oh My God! What the hell is going on?”
“Nothing. Absolutely nothing. It was all a big mistake. It never happened” Bri said
“That meant nothing to you?” Amy asked surprised.
“Hey, look at that. We’re at our floor” AJ suddenly said.
“I thought that’s what you were thinking” Bri said.
“Brian, you are the biggest asshole I have ever met!” Amy yelled, running off the elevator towards her room.
“I better go after her. Bye guys” Kristen said and ran off the elevator.
AJ and Brian walked off the elevator and headed for their rooms.
“You are such a dumbass, Bri” AJ said.
“Thanks AJ. That just made me feel so much better”
“I’m glad I could help, B. Goodnight” AJ said as he headed further down the hall to his room.
Brian just stood there, unable to move. *I am an asshole. How could I do that to her? Plus, I just broke up with Leigh Ann, I’m not ready for another relationship, am I? This is so confusing* he thought. He slowly walked in his room and closed the door behind him.
