Catelyn woke up the next morning to hear someone knocking on her door. *Who the hell is that at….6:00 in the morning? They’re gonna die* She reluctantly got up and answered the door to find Nick standing there.
“Nick, it’s 6:00am so you better have a good reason for-…”
“I can’t find Brian anywhere. I checked his room, I looked in the dining room, I checked everywhere” He said pacing back and forth.
“Why are you up this early in the first place?”
“We have rehearsals at 7:00am for our performance today”
“Okay. We’ll just have to start looking harder. Let me get dressed and then we can leave” She said.
“You know where to find me” He said and walked away.
Catelyn shut the door and got dressed. She decided to wear khakis shorts and a black tube top. She also wore a white flannel to compliment the outfit. She pulled her hair back into a pony and left to find Nick. He was out in the hall waiting patiently for her.
“Ready to go?” He asked, taking a quick look at her before she noticed.
“Yeah, just give me some time to wake up”
“Sorry about that. I didn’t know who else to get”
“It’s okay. I want to help find Brian, too”
They searched everywhere but found nothing. Both of them finally gave up so they decided to get some breakfast, considering Nick only had a half hour until rehearsals. When they reached the dining room, they found Brian looking out onto the ocean and he seemed to be lost in his thoughts.
“Brian! We’ve been looking all over for you man. Rehearsals are in a half hour”
“Oh yeah, I guess I just forgot” He said, not paying much attention.
“Is there something wrong, Bri?” Cate asked.
“No, I’m sure Amy will tell you so what are we doing today?”
“We have rehearsals then at noon we have the performance. After that’s over, I thought that maybe Cate, Amy, you, and I could do something together”
“I guess that’s okay with me but you better check with Amy. I’m gonna go eat now” He said, walking into the dining room.
“Okay, there is definitely something going on between those two” Cate said.
“Yeah, I’ve never seen him so depressed before” Nick said as they both walked into the dining room and found a table to eat at.

Kristen slowly opened her eyes, the sun shining through her window. She wasn’t sure what was going on until she realized what happened the night before. Then she felt two arms wrapped tightly around her and wasn’t sure what to think.
“AJ, AJ! Wake up!” She whispered into his ear.
“Wha…..Oh good morning lovely” He said smiling.
“I’m trying to figure why you’re in my bed so maybe you could help me out with the minor details here” She said.
“Oh yeah. Well you fell asleep so I brought you back in here. I couldn’t leave your side because I was afraid you would wake up again” He said.
“You didn’t have to do that”
“I know but I couldn’t stand seeing you so hurt”
“I will tell you what happened, just not yet”
“I can wait, I just want to make sure you’re gonna be alright”
“Why don’t we get up and go to breakfast?” She asked.
“That’s sounds great. I am so hungry” He said.
“You can go back to your room now so I can get dressed”
“Man, I was hoping I could watch” He said slyly.
“AJ! I don’t think that’s going to happen so get out”
“Chill, girl! I was just joking with ya” He said.
“I know” She said smiling.
“Why you little…..”
“Get dressed now, AJ”
“Yes ma’am!” He said and walked back to his room.
Kristen got dressed, wearing jean shorts and a black tank top. She pulled her hair back into braided pig tails. She knocked on AJ’s door and he came out wearing jeans and a green T-shirt. He was also wearing a hat backwards and of course his trademark shades. They walked to the dining room and spotted Nick, Cate, and Brian already eating so they went over to their table.
“Hey guys, do you mind if we join you?” AJ asked.
“Not at all. There is plenty of room”
“Thanks. Hey Bri, you okay?” Kristen asked.
“I’ve been better” He said and turned so that they all noticed his eye.
“Bri, what the hell happened to your eye?” Cate asked.
“I had a little run-in with Amy’s fist” He said.
“I told you guys” Nick said.
“Shut up, Nick. Are you gonna be okay, B?” AJ asked.
“Yeah, I guess as long as I don’t have to face Amy” He said.
“Speaking of Amy, here she comes” Kris said.
“I better go. I’ll see you guys at rehearsal” Brian said and left just as Amy reached the table. She sat down and started to look over the menu.
“I’m guessing he left because of me” She said.
“After what you did to his eye, I don’t blame him” Nick said.
“You know what? I’m leaving since everybody is most likely going to take Brian’s side. I’m sorry you all feel that way” She said and ran off.
“Nice going, Nick. You just made everything worse” Kris said.
“Would someone like to tell us what’s going on?” Cate asked .
“It’s a long story. I’m going to see if she’s alright”
“I’m coming with you, Kris” Cate said and they both left, leaving Nick and AJ.
“Listen AJ, I don’t know what I said that offended her but I am sorry”
“It’s alright Nick, it just seems like this whole cruise ship is going through hell”
“You’re telling me. I’ve been trying to get Cate to notice me but it’s impossible”
“Yeah, I know the feeling. Kristen doesn’t want to get into a relationship because of what happened six months ago. What happened to her, I can’t figure out”
“We should just go and get ready for rehearsal”
“Yeah that’s sounds like a good idea” AJ said as they paid for everything then left to get ready.

“Let us in, Amy. Please, you can talk to us and we can help” Kristen pleaded on the other side of the door “She’s not gonna let us in there”
“How long did it take you to figure that out, Einstein?” Cate asked as the door slowly opened and Amy stood off to the side, motioning for them to go in.
“Amy, can you please explain what’s been going on because it sounds like Kristen has an idea but I’m stuck here” Cate said
“Brian and I kind of kissed a few times”
“Whoa Amy, what do you mean ‘a few times’?” Kris asked.
“Let me start from the beginning. Last night, you guys were all dancing so I decided to get some fresh air and Brian followed. We agreed to be friends and were getting along great. Then we went on the elevator and it got stuck. We started to argue for the millionth time and we kissed. It was the best kiss I ever experienced. We didn’t realize the elevator had started again so then that’s where AJ and Kristen came in..”
“Okay, I’m starting to get this. So you guys kissed?” Cate asked.
“Yeah. Anyway, we decided just to tell them so we did and then Bri said it meant nothing which pissed me off. I went back to my room and had a discussion with Kristen….”
“Which I see you did take my advice” She said smiling and Amy smiled also.
“Then I couldn’t sleep so I decided to get a drink of water and went into the bathroom only to find Brian going in at the same time. He said he was sorry and then the next thing I knew we’re making out again. Things went a little too far…so I stopped him. He really pissed me off so I punched him. In fact, my knuckles are bruised now. Anyway, he went back to his room and I sobbed myself to sleep on the bathroom floor” Amy said.
“So let me get this straight, you guys kissed twice and then each time it blows up in your face? I really feel bad for you two” Cate said.
“You didn’t let me finish. I sorta woke up but I heard Brian coming back so I pretended to stay asleep. He came and apologized for everything and me, being the dumbass I am, did nothing about it. He carried me back to my room and tucked me in then left. After he was gone, I cried all over again” She said and began to cry while the other two wiped the tears from their eyes.
“I am so sorry this had to happen” Kris said.
“I feel so bad. Maybe you should tell Brian you heard him” Cate said.
“I can’t because of the whole ‘dating other people’ thing, remember?” She said.
“So? It’s obvious you guys like each other a lot” Cate said.
“Yeah, I guess. Anyway, what’s up with Nick and AJ?” Amy asked.
“Nothing” They said at the same time.
“Forget I asked then” She said laughing.
