Setsuna is the gaurdian of the gates of time.Sailor Pluto is responsible for sending Chibi Moon into the past to help her mother, Serena. Chibi Moon communicates with Sailor Pluto through the use of the magic Luna Ball. Setsuna is very nice & cares about Rini, they have a nice friendship.
