Raye is Serena's best friend. Raye was the fourth scout to be discovered. She attends a private school & is the most independent out of all the scouts. Raye can call upon the sacred fires to show her truth or tell a fortune. She lives on cherry hill temple, with her grandfather. At first, her & Darien were together, but after discovering about their future together, she kinda backed off.
