Chibichibi found Serena the same way chibi found Serena, she fell from the sky with an umbrella. She was taken under the care of Serena, & they are so much alike. Chibichibi was SailorGalaxia's star seed that was sent to find help when Chaos took over Galaxia's body. She gives Serena words of encouragement to fight Galaxia & she holds a few powers as well.
