My Review Of The Concert

What a performance! Bobby Womack is still going strong! A true showman, this guy puts on one heck of a performance! As you can see from the photos above, he still looks hot, and his energy level was equal or above that of a performer half his age.

Being that the performance was outdoors on a summer day, coupled with the fact that Bobby is known for this, he thrilled the audience about halfway through the show when he removed his jacket, his hat, his shades, and finally his shirt. He proceeded then to pour his bottled drinking water over his head and his body. The fans scrambled for the bottle cap when he tossed it into the eager crowd. Bobby held this audience in the palm of his hand while he strutted the stage.

Relying on my memory alone, I recall that among the songs he performed for this incredibly enthusiastic audience included, "Lookin' For A Love", "That's The Way I Feel About Cha", "How I Miss You Baby", "I Can Understand It", "No Matter How High I Get", "Woman's Gotta Have It", "Harry Hippie", and most memorable for me was when he picked up his guitar for "A Change Is Gonna Come".

Please, music fans, I highly recommend going to see this man perform. I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed. Bobby's still got it goin' on!! Please check the tour schedule on this website to catch an awesome performance near you.
