My Arsenal

The Hagstrom Swede bass. A real mahogany beauty. Since I've rigged it up with lighter than normal, pressure-wound strings, I've found it's voice. Great, warm, huge, phat...a lyrical monster.

My Ibanez Roadstar II bass. The "ernie's" bass that's just a "little groover".

A fine Hagstrom Super Swede. Recently named "Freya" thanks to voters on my web poll. Easily the nicest guitar to play that I've ever picked up with my own hands. What is that colour? Smoked salmon? Dusty rose? How about metallic pommegranite? A les paul that can make almost strat-like sounds too, and sound great doing CLEAN rhythm parts! That old 50's gold top Gibson may be close, but then that'll cost around $3000 US, and no coil tap, so....

"Julia". My tried and true acoustic. Been through thick and thin. We're like an old married couple, but only because we ARE an old married couple.

A 1971 Hagstrom Viking 1N, known to me as "Erica" (get it?), or simply, "the Hag". My first Hagstrom. Bought it at a pawn shop in the Soo for one-hundred and fifty bucks.

My latest acquisition. A mid-90's(?)Jasmine acoustic/electric bass. Nice and loud for fire-side jamming, with nice pick-ups too. In mint condition. I WILL get a standard-format pic in here sometime, I'm sure...
