First, I'd like to introduce myself. My name's Maree, and I'm a senior English major and Creative Writing minor at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I'm originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA,
where I attended Hatboro-Horsham Senior High, home of the Mad Hatters!

Gerry and I are engaged!
He asked me on January 22, 2001 (our 3 year and 2 month anniversary) under the
Davie Poplar here on campus. We are so incredibly happy and excited as we look forward to building a future together. Gerry will start his
new job at NIMA sometime this summer, and we'll plan the wedding for sometime in March 2002. I couldn't be happier.
- Also... GO HEELS! We beat Duke last night for the first time in 2+ years. It was a hard fought victory, but we certainly deserved it! Gerry and I
watched the game with some of my Psi brothers and headed to Franklin St. afterwards to celebrate with 6,000 of our fellow students and fans.
What a night. What a game. What a team
