This is the TRUE history of Heavy Metal. This page was created to, once and for all, clearly define what Heavy Metal really is and is not. I've been into Metal for nearly twenty years, and in all that time I have never seen a truly accurate account of the history of Metal. So I have created this web site to tell it like it is, once and for all.Now, while I do consider myself an "expert" on this subject, I am bound to make a few errors. So, I welcome any CONSTRUCTIVE criticisms and corrections of dates, additional information, and things of that nature. I don't claim to know it all, just alot of it. If there is a band I skipped that you think should be included, let me know. Any info I use by others will be properly credited. So, any help with more obscure bands to make this site more accurate and complete is welcome.
