HERBED FISH STEAK BAKE

1 1/2 pounds Fish Steaks
1 T Margerine
1 T Parsley, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp Celery Salt
1/2 tsp Oregano Leaves, crumbled
1/4 tsp White Pepper
2 T Lemon Juice
Fresh Parsley for garnish
Melt margarine in a small saucepan and add next four ingredients.
Arange the fish in baking dish and brush the herb butter over the fish.
Add lemon juice over fish.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake for another 5 minutes. The fish should flake easily with a fork when done.
Garnish with parsley.
Yield: 4 servings
