Falling In Love

By: Eric Steven Truitt

The nights seem colder,
The days seem slower,
The sun seems brighter,
I'm falling in love.

I need you here,
I need your touch,
I need you beside me,
I'm falling in love.

You are scared,
You are confused,
You're afraid to fall,
But you're falling in love.

You can't run,
You can't hide,
You can't escape it,
You're falling in love.

We want to be together,
We want each other,
We want to be cared for,
We're falling in love.

We're learning to love,
We're learning to share,
We're learning to care,
We're falling in love.

That's all I can say,
That's all I can write,
That's all I can think about,
I'm falling in love.

It's all going to work out,
It'll all be fine,
It's going to take time,
I'm falling in love,
And I'm falling in love with you.
