When Eric sat behind his drum kit, it was evident he wasn't cut from the same cloth as other percussionists. He, like his fox persona, displayed a style that was not always what was expected. Just when you thought he was finished he pounded out a new beat from somewhere deep in his mind. This was what set him apart from the others. His music in KISS^™ propelled the band to its next logical level. Many others share this belief. When Eric departed from us a huge opening was left behind. It was filled, yes, but the mark he made left many wondering just where he would have led us all next. Eric, we all miss you and hope you are at peace.
