1. Asa 1 Waters/Warters born abt 1786 (He was between the ages of 30 and 40 in the Lenoir Co. 1830 Census and between the ages of 40-50 in 1840.) He died 22 June 1843 in Lenoir Co., NC, and is buried in the Sullivan-Aldridge Cemetery, at Institute in Lenoir Co., NC. (Depending on the records, the spelling is either Waters or Warters.)

Spouse: Elizabeth House born abt. 1794 (Lenoir Co. 1850 Census lists her as age 56) Elizabeth was the daughter of Simon House and Selah Parrott. Elizabeth married 2nd. Jesse Wiggins and they appear together in the 1850 Lenoir Co., NC census. Two of her grandchildren were also living with them in 1850. Elizabeth died 27 May 1851 and is also buried in the Sullivan-Aldridge Cemetery.
