Family Records of Cristie Maure, Jane Masterson married Thomas Sterling Cooper (b 1830 MS) They had six children all born in Union Parish LA: Alice Jane, Marion Columbus, Jesse Marshall, Martha Elizabeth, William Sterling and Narcissa Ofelia. Jane died 1863 and Thomas remarried a widow Mary Francis (Dawkins) Watkins - they had five daughters then relocated to Texas where Thomas passed away 1912. The other (Masterson) half-siblings remained in Louisiana or relocted to Oklahoma.
