She Waits...

In the garden she sits, quiet and alone
Remembering all the words and smiles shared,
Deep in her heart she truly knows
Their love is real...for each other T/they care.

She gently reaches out and softly touches
The symbol of their love so true and so real,
The scent drifting off into the cool misty air
A white rose symbolizing her love that He feels.

Then slowly she raises her face to the stars
Feeling the moonlight warm and aglow
The light reflecting, adding a sparkle to her tears
He love is for Him...In His heart this he must know.

Looking into the darkness she softly smiles
As she vividly remembers His gentle lure,
She sees the soft silhouette of the "Light in her life"..
She sees the soft silhouette of the one she calls Sir.

Softly she whispers from deep in her heart
"Please, keep Him warm, loved and safe"
The angels promise her they'll watch over Him
She then blows Him a kiss and quietly walks away...
