|Green Peppers Stuffed with Meat
4 large green peppers
25g. tomato paste
salt and pepper
clove of garlic
75g. chopped onions
400g minced meat
Cut off the top of each pepper and remove all the seeds
fry onion and garlic, add tomato paste, meat,
parsley, cook until meat is done, stirring well
remove from heat, add the beaten eggs, cheese, salt and pepper. Use
this mixture to stuff green peppers.
When ready, bake in a moderate oven till peppers are done 20 or 30 mins.
