  • Cabbage With Bacon (kabocci bil- bejken)
  • Ingredients

  • 1kg cabbages
    150g. margarine or butter
    200g.lean bacon
    salt and pepper


    Slice the cabbage and boil in plenty of salted water. Cut the bacon into small pieces. When the cabbage is ready, strain and leave in the colander for 10 minutes. Heat the margarine, add the bacon and cabbage. Season and continue cooking for about 8 minutes.
