breast of chicken
1slice cooked ham
1slice mozzarella cheese
3spears of asparagus
½ cup single cream Method
1 tsp butter
4 asparagus spears
Wrap the cheese and asparagus in a slice of ham, cut a pocket through the breast of the chicken and stuff in the ham roll.
Wrap the chicken breast in the bacon rashers and bake in a moderate oven for about 10-15 minutes.
. Sweat the asparagus in the butter for 5 minutes, add cream and reduce by half.
Serve the chicken breast sliced over a bed of the asparagus sauce.
