|Spaghetti & Cray Fish Special
1finely chopped garlic
1 glass White wine
200g peeled parwns
1 tin tomato sauce
2 tbs brandy
2 lbs port
Cook crayfish, garlic, prawns and wine on high heat for 3 minutes.
Add brandy and port and cook for 1 minute.
Add tomato sauce and fresh cream.
Stir for 3 minutes.
Add freshly cooked drained Italian pasta (al dente) toss and serve at once.
